Pepperdean Partners

Your systems, actually talking to each other. Your leadership, actually able to trust the number.

We connect your CRM to the rest of your stack, billing, ERP, field service, marketing automation, and build the executive reporting layer on top, so the answer to “how much revenue renews next quarter” doesn’t require a spreadsheet and a three-day wait.

What we do

System integration

Your CRM connected to billing, ERP, field service, or a legacy system you’re migrating off of, built so the data reconciles instead of drifting apart six months later. We did exactly this for PDFTron: a full platform migration to support their global revenue operations, now live and reconciling cleanly. See the case study.

Executive reporting and dashboards

Not another report nobody opens. A small set of numbers leadership actually checks weekly: forecast confidence, contract and renewal readiness, pipeline and work-order hygiene, and revenue at risk over the next 90 days, in one place instead of scattered across five different views. This is a build we deliver quickly, not a future roadmap item.

Marketing and revenue system alignment

Marketing automation, CRM, and the handoff to sales kept in sync so a lead or opportunity means the same thing to every team looking at it. This is the work we did for Entrust: we stabilized and scaled their marketing automation platform and cut issue resolution time by 80%. See the case study.

Proof

PDFTron (Apryse): platform migration and revenue operations rebuild, supporting global sales. See the case study.

Entrust: marketing automation stabilization, 80% faster issue resolution, full team enablement. See the case study.

Built for

Operations teams running a CRM alongside at least one other system of record, billing, ERP, field service, marketing automation, where data has to move between them and currently doesn’t, or moves but nobody fully trusts it. Applies whether you’re SaaS, industrial services, or an asset-heavy sector like oil and gas.

FAQ

Do you work with our existing integration tools, or replace them?

Usually we work with what’s already there. If middleware or an iPaaS is already doing its job, we build on top of it rather than ripping it out. We only recommend replacing something when it’s the reason data isn’t reconciling.

How long does a typical integration take?

Depends on how many systems are involved and how messy the data is today, but most single-system integrations run four to eight weeks from scoping call to live.

Is the reporting layer built inside our CRM, or a separate BI tool?

Either, depending on what your team already looks at. If leadership already lives in your CRM, we build the dashboard there. If you’re on a BI tool, we connect to that instead.

Do you maintain the integration after launch, or hand it off?

Both, your call. Some clients want us on retainer to monitor and adjust as their systems change, others want full documentation and a clean handoff to their internal team.

Ready to see your systems actually agree with each other?

Book a scoping call. Thirty minutes, no deck, no pressure. Worst case, you leave with a clearer map of where your data is breaking.
